Abhi International Journal of HR, Finance and Hospitality Management (AIJHRFHM) is committed to maintaining high standards of scholarly integrity and publication ethics.

Authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to act professionally and ethically throughout the publication process.

The journal does not accept manuscripts containing:

• Improper authorship

• Undisclosed conflicts of interest

• Unethical research practices

• Discriminatory, defamatory, or abusive content

The journal reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of publication ethics and to take appropriate action in accordance with established scholarly publishing standards.
